This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all payments, service engagements, staffing arrangements, and package plans provided by Baba Meal Masters (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By availing our services, making any payment, or engaging staff, you agree to be bound by this Policy.
1. General Policy Statement
Baba Meal Masters provides professional staffing and service-based solutions. Due to the nature of our services (manpower deployment, coordination, and operational involvement), refunds are limited and conditional.
2. Advance Payment Policy
2.1 Non-Refundable Advance
Any advance payment, including the mandatory 35% advance, is strictly non-refundable once work has commenced, staff has been allocated or deployed, or operational arrangements have begun.
This advance covers:
- Staff sourcing
- Coordination
- Administrative and operational costs
3. Cancellation by Client / Restaurant
3.1 Before Work Commencement
If cancellation is requested before work begins, Baba Meal Masters may, at its sole discretion, refund a portion of the amount after deducting administrative charges. Such decisions are final and binding.
3.2 After Work Commencement
If cancellation occurs after staff deployment or service start, no refund shall be issued. The Client must clear any outstanding dues, and Baba Meal Masters reserves the right to withdraw staff immediately.
4. Package Plans & Installments
Package plans are payable in two (2) installments within one (1) month. Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or withdrawal of staff. No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used package services.
5. Staff Resignation or Unavailability
If a staff member resigns or becomes unavailable, Baba Meal Masters will attempt to provide a replacement, subject to availability. Refunds are not guaranteed, and delays in replacement do not qualify for refunds.
6. Termination Due to Client Misconduct
No refunds will be issued if services are terminated due to non-payment, violation of Terms & Conditions, harassment or misuse of staff, or unlawful/unsafe working conditions.
7. Cancellation by Baba Meal Masters
Baba Meal Masters reserves the right to cancel or suspend services without refund in cases of breach of agreement, false information provided by client/staff, operational infeasibility, or legal issues.
8. Force Majeure
No refunds shall be provided for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or infrastructure failures.
9. Mode of Refund (If Applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days. No interest shall be paid on refunded amounts.
10. Final Authority
All decisions regarding refunds and cancellations shall be at the sole discretion of Baba Meal Masters. Such decisions shall be final and legally binding.
11. Limitation of Liability
Baba Meal Masters shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Refunds, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
